Staff Wellbeing
The wellbeing of our staff is very important and something we take seriously. We support our staff in a variety of ways:
- Regular staff surveys to get their honest opinion
- Creating a wellbeing action plan from these surveys to ensure action is taken from these surveys
- A staff wellbeing team that meets termly. It is open to anyone from the staff who would like to join discuss how we feel the wellbeing of the staff is, things that are barriers to staff thriving at work and things that would help staff to be thriving.
- Staff wellbeing events across the year including quizzes, evenings out
- Tina Maskell, Co-Head is a trained Senior Mental Health Lead and there are plans to train a School Mental Health First aider
- De-briefs are offered to staff after challenging events in school
